To commemorate the fact that school's over, and to amend the fact that my gallery is woefully bare, I'm launching Operation: Feed the Bird.
That's right, I'm going to open up commissions (cheap!), requests (free!), and even art trades (almost free!). Here's the deal:
Requests:
- Have an idea for me? Want to see me to draw something in particular? Request it through a note or a comment on my main page. There's no cost to you, but I may or may not actually draw your suggestion. If I do, I'll post it and credit you for the idea. I will take requests for original concepts, themes, or fanart, but NOT for OC's.
Commissions:
- For a nominal fee ($5-$25 USD), you can commission me to draw a character portrait or a specific scene from your fanfic or original story. Yes, I will draw your OC!
Commissions come in four styles: sketch, lineart you can color yourself, color speedpainting, and digital illustration. The first three styles (character portraits) come in three levels: mugshot, full body without background, and full body with minimal background. Digital Illustrations always have full backgrounds.
The price varies based on the complexity of the request. In addition to crediting you on the deviation, I'll send you a hi-res version that won't be posted here.
Art Trade:
- Same as a commission, only with art instead of cash. I take the word "art" loosely, btw. I'll trade for fanfic or original prose, too. As long as it takes the same amount of effort, it's a fair trade.
How it works:
For a commission or a trade, send me a note with the subject "Commission" or "Trade" and include the following: Number of Characters, Style (sketch/lineart/painting/illustration), Level of Detail (mugshot/no background/background), and a brief description of what you want me to draw. I'll send you a quote or my request and we'll take it from there.
